Exceptional people! My fiancé and I went to Gianni Vincent Jewellers to have my engagement ring reset. We aren't originally from Florida, so we were nervous about finding people we could trust with my diamond. The owners, Virginia and Jim, were so wonderful and kind throughout the entire process. Jesse, who worked on resetting my diamond, was so nice and helpful and assured me he wouldn't stop editing the setting until I was completely satisfied. Virginia and I communicated on a daily basis during the entire process. I never felt pressured or worried that the ring would not come out right.

My ring is truly stunning! You can tell that this isn't "work" for any of these people, it is a passion, and they exude that to their customers. Such a wonderful and relieving experience. Thank you so much!
